Jaye Locke approached me to create live videos for his 2022 EP Floor Dreams, on which he explores dance music through house, afrobeats, and R&B. With a bare-bones production, we shot an intimate performance of What I Want in his home studio, and moved over to his living room to capture the high energy of Intentional.

This shoot was challenging because of budget constraints, so I took a documentary approach. As a seasoned live musician and behind-the-scenes producer, this collection of songs was Jaye's first to release as an artist. I felt that focusing on his daily environments was a fitting visual introduction.
